Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer financing through multiple outlets. Klarna, Affirm, ShopPay, and PayPal Credit are all accepted at The Glitch Lab. You'll find financing options at checkout.

Do you take trade-ins? 

Yes! We do take trade ins.

Our PCs are very competitively priced, so we offer the best we can do on trade-ins. Just send us an email with the full specifications of your current PC and which system you want to trade it in for, and we'll handle the rest.

Do you part-out PCs? 

No, we rarely part out any components of our computers. This is to ensure our builds aren't simply sitting without a graphics card and that entire systems aren't aesthetically compromised in the process.

Do you deliver?

We deliver to most area codes around Collinsville, IL and Brentwood, MO for an additional cost, paid upon delivery. Just message us to find out!

Do you ship?

We do! We're now offering insured shipping via UPS to all of the continental USA (Hawaii and Alaska are additional), as well as Canada via DHL. We pack everything internally with Instapak expanding foam, sealed air, and more. Each PC is wrapped in bubble wrap, styrofoam, additional cardboard, and plastic film to ensure a snug fit and delivery.

If your parcel is damaged in transit, we'll have a replacement or a repair out ASAP, depending on inventory.

What's your warranty like?

All our systems, built and sold by The Glitch Lab, are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, which lasts the lifetime of the system.

From the moment we ship the computer, you are covered by our warranty. Damage during transit will be covered by us – you can either opt to exchange the broken part with us yourself or send the system back for us to repair.

We cover hardware failures on all components. Accidents, spills, tampering, overclocking (beyond motherboard and XMP presets), and personal upgrades are not covered and will void our warranty. We reserve the right to inspect all malfunctioning systems and repair/replace at our discretion.

Having software issues? Things not running right? Don't worry, we're here to help! Included with your warranty is free troubleshooting support, forever. We'll help you with resetting your PC, diagnosing issues with performance, component upgrades, and everything in between. Just send us a text or an email and we'll try to get back to you within 48 hours!

Do your PCs come with Windows?

They do! We install Windows 11 Pro (or Windows 10 Pro, if it's an older system) on the PCs that supports it. All PCs have BIOS updated and drivers installed so you don't need to worry about anything when you open up your new build.

A suite of starter programs and games can be preinstalled, your operating system optimized, and a system de-bloat can be done for a minimal fee.

What's the difference between a custom PC and a prebuilt?

We generally classify cookie cutter, already-put-together systems as prebuilt. Think Alienware, HP Omen, or Dell gaming PCs that all look the same. Some offerings from Meta PC, iBuyPower, or DigitalStorm might also fit into this category.

Our PCs are all custom and customizable. So far, we've not sold two that look identical. There's always different aesthetics to each of our builds, so no two are always alike. We're also willing to switch parts around to meet your needs better, something that costs an arm and a leg from others. 

Are your parts all new? 

Not always. We source the best deals from across the internet to seriously undercut bigger players, like iBuyPower, Digital Storm, Dell, NZXT, CyberPower, SkyTech, and many others. They charge more, but offer less, which is what we're aiming to work against.

Parts aren't necessarily new, but we inspect and thoroughly stress-test each part we receive for functionality, regardless of condition, and we still warranty each item.

We ship (nearly) anywhere worldwide. All of our GPU builds are packed with Instapak Quick RT.

If you're in the Saint Louis Metro area, we'll bring your PC to you, sometimes within the same day.
